- Coordination of the supply chain processes via a goods consolidation centre that provides detailed reporting.
- Delivery of an inventory management system that automates procurement and stock management processes, and provides detailed reporting.
- Standardise flow processes for all products delivered directly or indirectly to site.
- Introduction of delivery formats that optimise vehicle use by pairing forward logistics (site delivery) with reverse logistics (site collection).
- Promotion of UCL green policies by reducing waste and carbon footprint by reducing logistics-related vehicle traffic to and from site.
