This session will draw on two research studies: First, a systematic review that hasÌýbeen funded by the Wellcome Trust and gathered relevant evidence on different usesÌýof the arts as a way of supporting the wellbeing of helping professionals. Second, theÌýresults from an exploration of the uses of the arts in hospitals in the UK, in which aÌýmulti-tiered approach has been adopted to support the wellbeing of clinical staff.ÌýWays in which the arts have been used to impact on multiple levels will be presentedÌýand discussed including an organisational, teams and individual level.
