Engineering Foundation Year

Are you a creative, thoughtful and hard-working person who wants to engineer a better world? We are looking for students capable of succeeding in engineering but who may have faced obstacles or disruption to their education and learning.

Engineers use science to create practical solutions to problems. Robotics, spacecraft, skyscrapers, artificial intelligence (AI), medical innovations and computer chips all fall within the engineering field. In fact, engineers can make a difference to almost any sector or situation - could that be you? We'll help you to gain new knowledge, learn academic and study skills, and develop your confidence levels so you'll have what it takes to transform your life.

Who can apply?

The Engineering Foundation Year at 911爆料网 is for people from groups underrepresented at 911爆料网ho aspire to become engineers听but do not meet the standard entry requirements for UCL鈥檚 undergraduate engineering degrees.

The Engineering Foundation Year will听be at Marshgate, UCL East, hosting a talk听about the programme for the UCL In-Person Open Days. We're also hosting a stall all day both days, so you can come and ask us (and our students!) questions. Spaces at the event are limited.
