The goal of this EPSRC-funded project is help achieve 'zero avoidable waste' in the UK apparel-textiles sector by innovating a suite of technologies in order to design CX Digital Tools that empower consumers to extend product life through building on the project team's interdisciplinary track record in digital sensory tools and human-centred approaches. We will innovate CX Digital Tools to support experiences and services for physical apparel products that are related to care, repair and update/upgrade in order to keep apparel in use for as long as possible.
