Report a hazard or dangerous situation鈥�

This guidance tells you how to report a hazard that may pose a risk to UCL staff and visitors.听If urgent, call the helpdesk on听020 7679 0000 or UCL ext. 30000.听

Before you start

You will need听to give full听details听of听the hazard听or situation. Such as:听

  • what happened;
  • where it happened听(exact location); and
  • action taken at the scene.听

If you notice a hazard that is likely to cause harm to UCL staff or visitors or ring the customer helpdesk immediately on 020 7679 0000 or UCL ext. 30000.

As well as calling the Helpdesk, you will need to:

  • Report the hazard on (users with access may continue to use ).听
  • Raise a service request听if any repair work is required.

If there is no immediate risk (i.e. the hazard has been removed), you only need to report the hazard. 听
