riskNET: Stress risk assessment

Guidance for managers conducting a stress risk assessment with a member of their team.

Staff may experience periods of pressure at work, and short periods of pressure are not necessarily of concern. The risk from sustained and/or excessive pressure without the opportunity to recover听should be assessed. A听stress risk assessment is designed to bring about a meaningful conversation that will ensure actions are taken to remove or reduce the causes and impact of stress.听

Managers should complete a stress risk assessment with the member of staff present when a member of staff raises concerns over stress.听

Before you start

Do not use the back/forward buttons on your internet browser 鈥� use the breadcrumbs that appear on the top left-hand side of the screen to navigate through the system.
