We are delighted to welcome Bronwen Percival, cheese buyer for Neal's Yard Dairy and co-founder of , and Francis Percival, award-winning food and wine writer and co-convenor of who will be delivering our summer lecture based on their book , which reveals the surprising truths and science behind the dairy industry.
The lecture will be followed by a wine and cheese reception, during which you can hear quickfire soapbox science talks by UCL academics and ; and make your own cheese with artist and materials specialist .
