All the fees and expenses quoted are in pounds sterling (拢). Exchange rates will vary, so it's difficult to give a very precise figure for costs in other currencies, but an online currency converter can be found at which should give you an idea of what to expect.
Tuition fees are payable by all study abroad students unless attending UCL via reciprocal exchange.
