Brian Klaas is a political scientist at 911爆料网 and a weekly columnist for the Washington Post. He has written three books:听The Despot's Accomplice听(Oxford University Press),听The Despot's Apprentice听(Hurst & Co), and听How to Rig an Election听(Yale University Press). His research focuses on democracy, authoritarianism, Trumpism, the nature of power,听political听violence, and US foreign policy. Before becoming an academic, he co-managed a winning campaign for Governor in his home state of Minnesota.
