Job description
Our teaching covers a wide variety of subjects including Science Communication, Science and Society, Programming (Python) and Mathematical Methods. Main duties may include planning and delivering classroom activities, providing feedback on written work and monitoring student progress.
We are looking to recruit committed PGTAs with a keen interest in teaching and supporting student learning. You will work closely with our teaching staff, gaining authentic teaching experience and receiving training and professional development including coaching towards your Associate FHEA application.

Key responsibilities
- Teaching assistance through the facilitation of seminars and/or workshops;
- Class preparation and meeting with lecturers/module organisers;
- Laboratory demonstration;
- Marking students' work;
- Giving feedback to students;
- After-class contact time with students, including time-tabled office hours
