People who sleep six hours or less per night in their 50s and 60s appear to be more likely to develop dementia later on, finds a study led by Dr Séverine Sabia and Dr Archana Singh-Manoux (UCL Epidemiology & Health). Professor Rob Howard (UCL Psychiatry) gives external comment.
