Universities 'complacent' over tackling radicalism

As the Government publishes its updated Prevent Strategy and Home Secretary Theresa May labels universities "complacent" over radicalism, Professor Malcolm Grant (UCL President & Provost) says that universities can work in partnership with the police but cannot, "act as guarantors" for their students.
