New Population Health publication

The offices of the Vice Provost (Health) and the Vice Provost (Research) launched an exciting new document this week, showcasing UCL's expertise in Population Health Sciences.
Sir John Tooke, Vice
Provost (Health) said: "Collectively UCL Population Health Sciences
represents one of the strongest groupings worldwide dedicated to this
research.Ìý A key unifying concept that informs the School of Life and
Medical Sciences activity in this area is the life course."Ìý
"Our research seeks to elucidate the biological, behavioural and socio-economic processes that operate across an individual's life, and across generations, that affect the development of disease.Ìý This brochure presents some of our most impactful research in individuals, communities and whole populations, and shows how UCL and its School of Life and Medical Sciences is at the forefront of innovative science in this field".

The is the first in a series. Others to be published this year will showcase the School of Life and Medical Sciences' research in Neuroscience, Experimental Medicine, and Life Sciences. There will also be a publication focusing on Education. This will highlight SLMS educational excellence and innovation in training and continuing professional development for this and future generations of doctors, health professionals and clinical scientists.
