'Learning at Work Day' is an annual awareness campaign organised by The Campaign for Learning which takes place on Thursday 20 May.
It encourages employers to offer learning opportunities to all of their employees, especially to those who may not participate very often in learning events, and is intended to stimulate workplace learning and skills.
As part of the
campaign, UCL is offering staff the opportunity to participate and contribute to
a range of activities, designed around this year's theme of 'Creating
Connections'.
UCL Organisational and Staff Development have put together a programme of events, including bite-sized learning sessions, an online discussion forum, a 'World Café' and the opportunity to get some expert coaching and swap skills with colleagues.
To participate in
the virtual discussions and the skills swap, please visit the and search for 'Learning
at Work'.
