UCL's New York Annual 911±¬ÁÏÍø Lecture & Reception on 7 February 2008 will feature a lecture by Pete Coffey, Professor of Cellular Therapy & Visual Science at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and Director of the London Project to Cure Blindness.
'Seeing is Believing: The London Project to Cure Blindness' will introduce alumni around New York to cutting-edge research seeking a cure for age-related macular degeneration, which affects one in four people over the age of 60.
