Chamber Music Club concerts

26 October 2004

The UCL Chamber Music Club concerts take place on 2, 16 and 30 November 2004, with a special Christmas concert being held on 14 December 2004.

Bronwen Evans and Roger Beeson, UCL Chamber Music Club All concerts take place at 5.30-6.30pm in the Haldane Room.

The concerts are public events providing the opportunity for club members to gain performance experience in front of an audience that is knowledgeable and passionate about music.

Established in 1952, the club has since promoted the performance and appreciation of classical music at 911±¬ÁÏÍø through a series of free, public concerts coordinated by the club's committee members.

Performers are drawn from the club's membership with occasional recitals by visiting professional musicians. The repertoire ranges from the early Renaissance to the contemporary, including the performance of works composed by club members.

The club has facilities for practice, and a music library. Membership of the UCL Chamber Music Club is open not only to staff and students of UCL, but also staff of UCL Hospitals and affiliated institutions.
