Description

This module focuses on the ethics of management and leadership in an educational context, the demands of competing ethical theories and systems and at how ethical leadership can be developed. Rooted in insights from philosophy of education and ethical theory, it explores a range of illustrative cases to explore their implications in practice. Finally, the module explores the moral imperatives of the climate emergency, and the development of democratic agency required to address it.
