Description

The module addresses the topic of sustainability from a leadership and strategy perspective, with a particular emphasis on leadership and governance, the design and execution of corporate sustainability strategies, and decision-making and trade-offs both within organisations and in value chains.ÌýYou will consider the role business can and should play in being part of the solution for sustainable development. You will discuss how demand and pressure for sustainability are affecting traditional ways of doing business, and how traditional businesses are affected by sustainability. You will explore how to develop organisations with a sense of purpose, and how to build a sustainable competitive advantage. You will develop an understanding of the complexity of driving sustainable transformation of business in different sectors and regions of the world. Finally, you will learn to effectively communicate sustainability efforts to investors and other stakeholders.
