Aims: The Research Methods: Mathematics and Statistics module is compulsory foundation for master's level study in the UCL Department of Economics.ÌýThe module revises some of the analytical tools most frequently used in economics and econometrics. It has a strong practical focus, aiming to ensure that all students understand the basic analytical concepts that feature in the Department's core and options modules at the MSc level.Ìý
