After the end of term 3, each student is required to write a dissertation on a topic agreed between the student and their dissertation supervisor. The topic must be relevant to the broad area of social influences on health. Suitable projects for a dissertation are quantitative data analysis and writing up the results or a structured literature review on a specified topic.
