Description

The aim of this module is to provide you with an understanding of the basic science underpinning common, neurological paroxysmal disorders, and disorders of the special senses.

Paroxysmal disorders are disorders that occur in a recurrent and transient manner, and the module will cover the topics of headache, epilepsy and sleep disorders. The module will also cover special senses and the neuroscience of vision and hearing in relation to common neurological disorders.

At the end of the module you will have an understanding of the both the clinical and scientific basis of paroxysmal disorders andÌýdisorders of the special senses.Ìý
