Description

You will have introduction to infective, inflammatory and degenerative conditions in neurological practice. The neurological topics covered include neurological Infections, neuro-inflammatory diseases, neurodegeneration, movement disorders, and neuromuscular diseases.

Learning is through online interactive lectures and will be facilitated through tutor and student interactions through the online forums.

On completion of the module, you will be able to recognise and plan management of infectious and degenerative neurological conditions such as Multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, neuropathies, myasthenia, Parkinson鈥檚 disease, Alzheimer鈥檚 disease and understand the common differential diagnosis of these conditions.
