This module elaborates the different entrepreneurial phases from having an idea and starting a business to creating a large, established and valuable player in the market. It is an integrative course that addresses the team, different growth stages and approaches, necessary skills and success factors, important milestones, challenges, make or break moments, entrepreneurial mindset and soft skills as well as financing and exits. We will utilise case studies, lectures, and external speakers.
