This module focuses on trends and policies regarding transport-related issues, with examples from around the world. The module draws on the debate over how policy can stimulate sustainable travel patterns (e.g., shorter and non-motorised trips) and improve the interaction between transport and land use. This module provides international case studies on topics such as transit-oriented development, road pricing, cycling policies, and new forms of mobility.
