This practical module provides students with an opportunity to work in teams to integrate and consolidate the skills and knowledge developed across the programme. It involves working on relevant and pertinent complex socio-technical problems, viewing them from both a global and local perspective. Such an approach allows students to consider the role of context in problem framing, decision making and forming potential solutions, and to reflect upon the inclusivity of global policy making with respect to its representation of local knowledge.
