Description

As part of the MSc in Smart Buildings and Digital Engineering, you are required to submit a 10,000-word dissertation. The dissertation gives you the opportunity to develop a substantial piece of work on a topic that aligns with your interests. You will apply what you have learnt in the taught components of the programme and autonomously tackle, with the help of a supervisor, an important subject within the field of Smart Buildings and Digital Engineering. The dissertation topic, supervised by a BSEER staff member, is chosen by you in consultation with the module leader. You can select from a wide array of subjects that align with the programme’s main themes. The topic may also be chosen to support your career progression. Wherever possible, collaboration with industry for dissertation project selection is both encouraged and facilitated.
