Description

The management consultancy project is the capstone module of the MBA Major Infrastructure Delivery (MID). The module is an individual piece of management advice to an organisation (e.g. public, private, non-profit). The final consultancy should be informed by the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the previous eight modules of the programme. The consultancy will typically involve fieldwork and data will be collected by accessing and engaging with people and organisations in the wider epistemic community after appropriate ethical approval has been granted.Ìý

The module aims to provide the theoretical, subject specific and intellectual skills to identify, design and recommend an original piece of transformation on a well-defined problem, defining robust methodology and methods requiring empirical research, beyond merely reviewing secondary literature.Ìý
