- address leading and co-ordinating Special Education Needs (SEN) provision within schools, specifically 'The principles and practice of leadership in different contexts'
- reflect upon the SEN Co-ordinator (SENCo) role in working with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers and other agencies
- develop theoretical understanding of management of change and how to apply this to practice.
