This module, which is delivered through a mixture of lectures and small group seminars, aims to develop students' critical thinking skills in the identification and assessment of emergent and dominant trends and issues in comparative urbanism and planning from a variety of international contexts. Theoretical, practical and ethical challenges and responses are examined through in-depth discussion of key readings.
