The module also provides the fundamentals of strategic business management, including motivation for global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and supply network management. These topics are explored through the study of real-world examples, with an emphasis on the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the BRICS economies. The learning process is complemented by the basics of financial accounting and business intelligence.
The knowledge that students will have acquired by the end of the module will serve as a solid foundation on which further studies can be applied.
