Description

This module is designed as an introduction to clinical & professional practice. The module will establish understanding of the professional standards expected of trainees whilst learning to manage patient care in a healthcare environment. Develop knowledge of professional behaviour, communication skills and an orientation of how patient safety systems are organised within healthcare to ensure safe, high quality care. This will allow the students to become familiar with the processes and practice within the Operating Theatre environment.
