Description

This module is offered to the students (practitioners) in the “minimally invasive pathway” and not those registered for the “surgical pathway”. The module will cover topics that will extend the core skills and knowledge learnt from the “minimally invasive facial aesthetics” module. This will include discussions of active skin care and skin care extenders, new skin surface technologies, advanced applications of neuromodulators and fillers and advanced communication skills in aesthetics. In addition, students will learn the principles of aesthetic procedures for the treatment of medical conditions. Furthermore, advanced skills in performing injection procedures on the mid and lower face region will be taught in a simulated environment.
