Our virtual taster session is open to all and is a chance to learn more about the BSc Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences curriculum. You can hear from staff and students as well. These sessions are designed with the University of London.

What you can expect

• An engaging taster session that covers the role of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) in sports medicine. We'll explore how CPET is used to assess and optimize athletic performance, manage training loads, and support rehabilitation, while also delving into its critical clinical applications, such as diagnosing cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions
• To learn how CPET is integrated into the Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences curriculum, offering insights into its use in both research and clinical settings
• To have the opportunity to explore course details, ask questions and interact with teaching staff and current students
