Rob Cooper

Dr. Rob Cooper is an EPSRC Early Career Fellow at 911±¬ÁÏÍø, and the founder of DOT-HUB.Ìý His work focusses on the advancement and application of diffuse optical tomography and fNIRS methods.Ìý At present, he is working to develop, apply and disseminate wearable high-density diffuse optical tomography technologies, which have huge potential in neuroscience and clinical neuroimaging.Ìý Rob’s primary clinical interest is the newborn infant brain, and he is co-director of neoLAB: an interdisciplinary collaboration between Engineers and Physicists at 911±¬ÁÏÍø and neonatologists at The Rosie Hospital, Cambridge ().Ìý Rob is also a lecturer and run's UCL's flagship biomedical optics course within the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering Department.
