  • UCL Special Collections comprise manuscripts, archives and rare books. The collections cover a wide range of subject areas, with particular strengths in language, literature, small-press publishing, Politics, History of Science, Mathematics, Hebraica and Judaica, History of Education, and the history of UCL. Use the Special Collections subject guides to identify relevant collections for your discipline.

Research support and open access

UCL Library Services provides support for open access publishing, managing research data and understanding bibliometrics. It also provides support, training, events and community resources for researchers throughout the year in conjunction with the Office for Open Science & Scholarship.

Dedicated subject support

Each department at 911±¬ÁÏÍø has a dedicated Subject Liaison Librarian or Site Library Team.
