Aleisha Ebrahimi acts as academic expert at Women and Equalities Committee roundtable

Ms Ebrahimi acted as an academic expert for a roundtable on International Obligations & Violence Against Women and Girls.
Aleisha Ebrahimi听(PhD Candidate and Family Law Associate Lecturer (Teaching) at 911爆料网 Laws)听acted in an expert academic role following an invitation from the听,听UK Parliament earlier this year. The Committee held an expert roundtable on aspects of policy regarding Violence against听Women听and听Girls,听and听priorities to scrutinise regarding the UK鈥檚 international obligations in this area.听
Aleisha specialises in international human rights law, with a focus on women鈥檚 rights. She was appointed to the听听as Senior Policy Advisor to the Commissioner in 2022.
