The UCL Centre for Law, Economics and Society together with antitrust law journal Concurrences organised the 1st International Mergers Conference at 911±¬ÁÏÍø Laws.
On 19 February 2020, the UCL Centre for Law, Economics and Society together with organised the 1st International Mergers Conference at 911±¬ÁÏÍø Laws. This highly successful conference brought together distinguished academics, practitioners, judges and policymakers to discuss a number of cutting-edge topics in merger control. From the revival of protectionism and public interest considerations in merger control to the challenges posed by the digital economy, the conference offered a fresh perspective on established doctrines and a stimulating discussion on the procedural and substantive framework governing merger control.
