UCL Laws students excel in the ELSA UK Commercial Law Moot Court Competition 2020

UCL Laws students part of the UCL Team was awarded the Best Written Submission on behalf of the Defendant among the universities in the UK.

UCL Laws students achieved success in the (also known as COMMOOT). The moot was organised by the ELSA UK and supported by Maitland Chambers.

The question this year was concerned with contract law and arbitration. The UCL Team was awarded the Best Written Submission on behalf of the Defendant among the universities in the UK.
