Support for students

Details of resources and practical support that are available to students through the Digital Accessibility Hubs and online.

Getting access

To gain ongoing access to the Hub, first contactÌýStudent Support and Wellbeing ServicesÌýwhoÌýwill carry out an assessment and if appropriate will create a SORA (Summary of Reasonable Adjustments) for you. This SORAÌýwill then note if access to the Hubs is to be granted.ÌýOngoing access to the Hub will be given depending on your specific requirements.Ìý

You can also contact the Digital Accessibility team directly for advice atÌýdigitalaccessibility@ucl.ac.uk.

Induction, support and training

Once a student has been referred to the Digital Accessibility team via their SORA, we will contact you to arrange an induction. This can be virtual or in-person depending on your needs.

OurÌýDigital Accessibility Technologist/Support Officer will show you how the Hub works, discuss what support you need, and provideÌýtraining on all programs and equipment required.Ìý
