Always show the meeting control toolbar in Zoom meetings

The Zoom meeting control toolbar will disappear automatically after a short period of inactivity but you can set it to show at all times.

This guide is aimed at

  • Staff
  • Students

Instructions

Desktop

  1. Sign in to Zoom.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on聽Settings.
  4. 颈苍听骋别苍别谤补濒听tick the聽Always show meeting controls聽check box.

Tablet and mobile

  1. Sign in to Zoom.
  2. 厂别濒别肠迟听More...
  3. 鲍苍诲别谤听厂别迟迟颈苍驳蝉听Select听惭别别迟颈苍驳蝉.
  4. 鲍苍诲别谤听骋别苍别谤补濒听toggle on聽Always show meeting controls聽so that the button shows as green.

Note: If the meeting controls disappear in a meeting press Alt in Windows and Linux or Ctrl+\ in macOS to toggle this setting on / off in General settings.
