Stephen will discuss the effects of adjustments to the living wage – including its effects on supervisor-workerÌýratios,Ìýwage boosts andÌýimpact on employment.
His research looks at a case study ofÌýworkers in establishments for a service sector company with manyÌýestablishments located in the UK.
This event will be particularly useful for researchers, policymakers and teachers.
