This projectÌýaddressesÌýthe challenges faced by women experiencing menopause, particularly in balancing work and home life. By engaging women with lived experience and experts in reproductive health, this project has co-produced evidence-based discussions and a podcast to raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding menopause in the workplace. The outcomes include a peer-reviewed article, accessible resources, and a foundation for future funding to enhance support systems for women navigating this life transition.
