Confidentiality
Each email network contains a list of members that only the EDI Team hasÌýaccess to. This list will not be shared with others outside of the EDI Team. Membership details may be shared with the HR Workforce and Analytics Team in order to aid with equal opportunities monitoring.
Email networks and groups will only receive information relevant to that particular network/group. This will include items such as news articles, policy updates, guidance materials, events and training information and calls for speakers / research participants. Some of the Chairs of particular networks will create and distribute newsletters to their network. When members or other UCL colleagues post directly to lists, the EDI team will endeavour to moderate these emails, to ensure the content is relevant to the group.
EDI Newsletter
The EDI newsletter, created for Inclusion Leads, will be distributed via the mailing list with the intention that Inclusion Leads will circulate it within their departments as part of UCL's normal staff communications. If you would like to opt in to receive a direct copy of the newsletter, please emailÌýequalities@ucl.ac.uk.Ìý
Unsubscribing
Each individual has the right to leave a network at any time to stop receiving information. To do this, please emailÌýequalities@ucl.ac.uk, stating which group you would like to be removed from.
