Executive board
Decisions which concern changes in strategy are taken by the Executive Board. The Executive Board represents the next highest level in the management structure. The Executive Board comprises representatives from each consortium partner and is chaired by the Project Coordinator. The Executive Board is within the CONVINCE consortium and is also聽described聽as the Trial Management Committee.
