Encourage colleagues and students across the department to contribute to the development of the strategy and action plan.Ìý
Work closely withÌýsubcommittees, e.g.,ÌýAthena Swan,Ìýto implement actions addressing areas they have identified as priorities.ÌýÌý
Seek regular feedback from those responsible for implementation. Review and report on progress against targets and monitor dataÌýregularly throughout the year.Ìý
Publish minutes,Ìýupdates,Ìýand otherÌýnon-confidentialÌýdocuments to ensure openness and transparency.Ìý
