A one-day event aimed at schoolÌýstudents who are thinking about going to university to study the ancient world. There will be talks on deciphering ancient scripts and on reading ancient texts (Vergil and Seneca). No knowledge of any ancient languages will be presupposed, nor any experience of having studied the ancient world previously. The summer school is open to any students from any school.Ìý
