Kazuhiro Naito

Kazuhiro Naito is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Kazuhiro Naito
Kazu is a policymaker and a service designer whose passion is to drive innovation in the world. As a government official in Japan, he engaged in launching Japan’s first mission-oriented R&D program, ‘Moonshot’, and realised the impact and the difficulty of setting up a lively vision of a future society that engages people. Last year, he took a leap to join a Master’s programme at the Royal College of Art, where he studied service design and speculative design methods. At 911±¬ÁÏÍø, he hopes to deepen his understanding of innovation policy and find effective methodologies to make the world more innovative through discussion with brilliant faculties and classmates in IIPP.
