You are invited to attend The Bartlett's next 'Thinking Impact' session, where our conversation will focus on the use of storytelling and stories for evaluation. Storytelling in evaluation can provide a collaborative approach that acknowledges the complexities of people鈥檚 lives in a way that traditional tick-boxes and feedback forms cannot.

This session will explore how storytelling can enhance the way we capture and communicate evidence, making it more engaging and impactful.

In this session, we will:

• Introduce methods for eliciting and analysing people鈥檚 and project鈥檚 stories, and provide resources for further information;
• Share and discuss examples of storytelling approaches in evaluation, and how they are applied in practice;
• Create space for reflection and discussion on the challenges and opportunities that storytelling presents in evidencing different types of impacts.
• Offer advice and ideas on integrating storytelling into effective evaluation practices.

The session will be a combination of short presentations and discussions, and we encourage all staff and students with an interest in impact and professional development to attend.

鈥�Thinking Impact鈥� is a space for staff and students to discuss the change we make through our teaching, learning, and research-related activities. The series presents a variety of topics for discussion, with the aim to support the development of staff and students. Thinking Impact events bring together a diverse but related set of views to discuss impact.鈥�聽We aim to contribute to a culture within the faculty where impact, in its diverse form, is a valued activity across research, teaching, innovation and enterprise.
