According to the Anti-discriminationAct adopted in 2004, discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is against the law in Slovakia. However, same-sex marriage is notlegally recognised. A2014 constitutional amendmentdefinesmarriage exclusively as the union of a man and a woman. However, thein 34 countries demonstrates that47% of Slovaks favoursame-sex marriage.
