The Leonard Wolfson Experimental Neurology
Centre (LWENC) held its third annual symposium on 20 March, 2017. This year’s
theme was neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases and featured renowned
external speakers such as Prof Roger Nitsch, Dr Diego Gomez-Nicola, and Prof
Michael Heneka, alongside presentations from researchers from UCL Institute of Neurology.
Over 600 watched the event, with 200 delegates in person and
over 450 online, and included delegates across UCL, as well as other
universities and industrial partners.
It was the first time the event was live streamed and the recordings are now permanently available on the LWENC website
